Countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina · Serbia · North Macedonia · Colombia · Philippines · Nepal · India
Your workers today
3 workers arrive on Tuesday: transfer and housing confirmed
Permits for 5 workers submitted to the Ministry of the Interior (MUP)
2 candidates await your decision: video profiles in the portal
Permits for 4 workers expire in 120 days: renewal offer sent
This is what you see in the client portal, on your phone, whenever you like. Example with fictional data.
If you have hired foreign workers before, this will sound familiar
Nobody knows where the worker is
You ask the agent, the agent asks someone abroad, and the answer arrives three days later.
The deadline is discovered too late
A MUP supplement request, residence registration or a renewal. A missed deadline means a new procedure and a worker who is not allowed to work.
The application fails on a detail
An outdated HZZ certificate, housing too small for the number of workers, a diploma without a court translation. It all comes out only after submission.
The permit expires mid-season
Nobody reminded you in time, and there is no one to replace a worker who knows the job.
What we do
The whole job, one accountable partner
We do not hand you paperwork to carry from office to office. We run every step, and we know the deadline for each one.
Employer check, first of all
Pension insurance (HZMO) records, BON-2 solvency, court register, job classification and housing of 14 m² + 6 m² per worker. We check before submission, not after a rejection.
Recruitment and selection
We search according to your request: position, occupation code, salary, language, experience. You get a profile with CV, video and assessment, and you make the decision.
Documents and permits
Passport, apostilled criminal record certificate, court-translated diploma, HZZ certificate, contract and forms. Submission to the MUP and supplements on time.
Visa D, only where needed
For the Philippines, Nepal and India we handle the appointment, submission and issuance at VFS or the embassy. For the region and Colombia there is no visa stage.
Travel, pickup and housing
Tickets, transfer, pickup and move-in. You are notified the day before arrival, and after arrival we handle residence registration and the biometric card on time.
And after the first working day
Follow-up at 30, 90, 180 and 365 days, the Croatian A1.1 deadline, permit renewals and change of employer when needed.

Need another country?
Ask us. We open a new route once it has been verified.
When regulations change, new rules apply to new cases. Workers already in process continue under the rules they started with.
Renewals and changes
Permits never expire by surprise.
One hundred and twenty days before expiry we send you a renewal offer with price and deadline. You reply with one click from the e-mail, no login. For all your workers at once, in a single offer.
If a worker moves to another employer, we handle the application, new documents and the MUP filing until approval.

30Final deadline to file the renewal
Every notice is recorded with a date. No arguments about who told whom what.
We hold your workers' passports, certificates and contracts. We work accordingly.
Documents in private storage
No public links. Access opens only after a permission check, with a record of who opened it.
A trace of every change
The submitted document set and dates are locked after submission. A correction is a new record, never a silent edit.
Retention periods
Documents are deleted when their retention period ends, with advance notice and a deletion record.
Need-to-know only
Sales, documentation and field teams see only what they need for their work.
Costs shown separately
Fees, translations and tickets are shown separately from our fee. You see what is what.

For workers
Looking for work in Croatia?
You will need a valid passport, a criminal record certificate and proof of qualification. We handle the rest together with you, step by step. [Candidate terms.]
Apply in Croatian, English or Spanish
Questions employers usually ask first
How long does it take from request to arrival?
It depends on the country and the institution, roughly [range] weeks. We do not guarantee MUP or embassy timelines because none of us controls them. We guarantee that none of our deadlines will go unnoticed.
Can I hire workers from the region?
Yes. For Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and North Macedonia there is no visa stage. We handle the short-term permit up to 90 days, the seasonal permit and the transfer to a single permit.
Who provides housing?
[As agreed: you or us.] Either way, we check the housing against the required floor area before the application is submitted, not after someone rejects it.
What if a worker withdraws or does not arrive?
[Your worker replacement policy and the period it applies to.]
What does the worker have to do after arrival?
Register residence and obtain a biometric card, and within 180 days of the first working day pass Croatian at A1.1 level. We track these deadlines.
Do you take over workers I already have?
Yes. We take over renewals, changes of employer and documentation for workers who came through other agencies.
Tell us who you need. We will get back to you with a plan.
Within [number] working days you receive a proposal: which country, how long it takes, what you need to prepare and what it costs.
