How we work
Eight steps. Each with a date.
Every worker is one case: the candidate, your company and the job. For every step you know what we do, what you need to do and where you can see it.
01
Your request
We
We open the request with the occupation code and employment terms.
You
You send positions, number of workers, salary, housing and preferred start date.
In the portal you see
The open position and the number of workers requested.
02
Requirements check
We
We check HZMO, BON-2, the court register, job classification and housing floor area.
You
You provide company and housing details.
In the portal you see
If something blocks the procedure, you are notified immediately.
03
Candidate presentation
We
We search, vet and present candidates.
You
You review profiles when it suits you.
In the portal you see
CV, video, experience and English level.
04
Your choice
We
We record your decision and open a case for each selected worker.
You
You accept or reject, with a reason if you like.
In the portal you see
Each selected worker as a separate case.
05
Documents and permit
We
We collect documents, file the application with the MUP and handle supplements.
You
You sign the contract and forms we prepare.
In the portal you see
Document status and submission date.
06
Visa D
We
Appointment, submission and tracking until issuance. Only for countries where it is required.
You
Nothing, unless the consulate needs something from the employer.
In the portal you see
The visa stage, or a note that it is not required.
07
Arrival
We
Ticket, transfer, pickup and move-in.
You
You confirm the job and housing are ready.
In the portal you see
Arrival date and a notice the day before.
08
First working day and beyond
We
Residence registration, worker follow-up, deadlines and renewals.
You
You let us know if anything changes.
In the portal you see
Workers on the job and upcoming renewals.
We measure what is in our hands
60
days on average from your selection to submission of the complete application
Our days and waiting days, separately
Time we spend working and time spent waiting on institutions are tracked separately. You see where time is actually lost.
A trace of every change
Every stage transition is recorded with a date, name and time. A stage cannot be silently moved back.
What we do not promise
Nobody controls how long the MUP or embassies take. We promise that none of our deadlines will go unnoticed.
Deadlines we track every day
Document supplements for the MUP
Visa D appointments and deadlines
Residence registration and biometric card
Croatian A1.1 within 180 days of starting work
Expiry of employees' passports and documents
Permit expiry: 120, 90, 60 and 30 days ahead
