FAQ

Questions employers usually ask first

If you do not find the answer here, ask us directly. We answer concretely, even when the answer is not what you would like to hear.

General

Which countries do your workers come from?

Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia, Colombia, the Philippines, Nepal and India. For other countries, ask us.

For which occupations?

[List of occupations or sectors you work with, e.g. tourism, hospitality, construction.]

Do you take over workers I already have?

Yes. We take over renewals, changes of employer and documentation, including for workers who came through other agencies.

Deadlines and procedure

How long does it take from request to arrival?

It depends on the country and the institution, roughly [range] weeks. We do not guarantee MUP or embassy timelines because none of us controls them. We guarantee that none of our deadlines will go unnoticed.

What if the MUP requests a supplement?

We prepare the supplement. We set an internal deadline 14 days before the supplement deadline, so we never work at the last minute.

Can I hire workers from the region for the season?

Yes. For Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and North Macedonia there is no visa stage. We handle the short-term permit up to 90 days, the seasonal permit and the transfer to a single permit.

What happens when regulations change?

New rules apply to new cases. Workers already in process continue under the rules they started with.

Costs

How much does it cost?

We prepare the offer based on the number of workers, country and permit type. Get in touch and you will receive it within [number] working days.

Who pays fees, translations and tickets?

[As agreed.] These pass-through costs are always shown separately from our fee.

What if a worker withdraws or does not arrive?

[Your worker replacement policy and the period it applies to.]

After arrival

Who provides housing?

[As agreed: you or us.] Either way, we check the housing against the required floor area before the application is submitted.

What does the worker have to do after arrival?

Register residence and obtain a biometric card, and within 180 days of the first working day pass Croatian at A1.1 level. We track these deadlines.

How does permit renewal work?

120 days before expiry you receive an offer with price and deadline. You reply with one click from the e-mail or the portal. If there is no reply, we remind you at 90 days, and at 60 days we take over the case as urgent.

Can a worker change employer?

Yes, through a separate procedure with the MUP. We handle the application, new documents and the filing until approval.

Portal and data

How do I get access to the portal?

You receive an invitation by e-mail with your first case. Several people from your company can have access.

Who sees my workers' documents?

Only the people on our team who need them for their work, and you, for the documents we share with you. Every document opening is recorded.

How long do you keep documents?

According to our retention rules. When the period ends, documents are deleted with advance notice and a deletion record.
