This policy explains how Integral Jobs d.o.o. collects and processes the personal data of website visitors, employers and job candidates. Processing complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the GDPR.

What data we collect
- Employer request: company name, contact person, e-mail, phone, positions, number of workers, preferred start date, housing details and notes.
- Worker application: full name, country, occupation, years of experience, English level, passport validity, e-mail, WhatsApp number and CV.
- Technical data: data your browser sends when you visit (e.g. IP address in server logs) and the cookies described below.
Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to an employer request and preparing an offer: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Recruitment of candidates, including presenting candidates to employers: the candidate's consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Compliance with legal obligations, e.g. in permit procedures before the competent authorities (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Analytics and marketing (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4): only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Recipients
We share candidate data with an employer only for the job the candidate applied for. Where the procedure requires it, we submit data to the competent authorities (e.g. the Ministry of the Interior, the Croatian Employment Service, diplomatic missions). IT service providers (website hosting, e-mail) process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not sell data or pass it on to third parties for marketing.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
As a rule we process data within the EU. If you consent to analytics and marketing cookies, Google may process data in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep data
We keep employer requests for 365 days and candidate applications and CVs for 365 days from receipt, after which they are permanently deleted automatically. If we enter into a contract with you, we keep data as long as needed to perform it and as required by law.
Cookies
A necessary cookie remembers your choice in the cookie notice (for up to 6 months). Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 are loaded only if you choose "Accept all" or "Accept marketing". You can change your choice via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection. Requests and applications are available only to authorised persons, and CVs are stored in protected storage without public links.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Send your request to the e-mail address above; we reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
If you believe the processing is unlawful, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
